- April is the last month (until November!) to catch free,
live music in the tasting room each Saturday from 2-5 pm.

Harpo’s Sports Grill – 29th & Arapahoe, Boulder. $20 gets you in the door, a commemorative
tasting glass and 16 tasting tickets good for 16 2oz pours. Additional tickets are two for $1.
Friday Session: 4-10pm, Saturday Session:
Noon-6pm. No advance ticket sales.
-King Mutt,
Puttin’ on the Leash 2006- Join King Mutt and
Cleocatra for an evening of libations, gourmet hors d'oeuvres,
entertainment, and their famous silent and live auctions. The
gala event will be held Saturday, April 22, 6 pm,
at the Coors
Event
Center on the CU Campus in
Boulder.

Redstone
Meadery
has a new hire! Stop by the
tasting room on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays to meet Jessica
Swan. She is our
newest member who will be playing the role of Administrative Assistant
and
Tasting Room extraordinaire. Her work background is in restaurant
management,
and she is excited to make this career change to be part of a fun and
growing
industry.
Citrus Grilled
Pork Tenderloin paired with Sunshine Nectar

lbs pork tenderloin, cut into steaks and pounded to an even thickness
1/2
cup Orange Marmalade
1/4
cup Soy Sauce
1/4
cup Orange Juice
2 T
Olive Oil
2
cloves minced garlic
1/4
cup minced Fresh Mint salt and pepper to taste
Mix
marinade ingredients together. Marinate
Pork over night. Heat grill or Grill pan
to medium and grill pork about 4 minutes on each side, until you reach
desired
doneness. Pair with Sunshine Nectar for
a refreshing springtime meal!
