For the summer, we’ll be open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12pm to 6pm, as well as Saturday from 12pm to 5pm

Fall is here, and so is Vanilla Beans & Cinnamon Sticks Mountain Honey Wine! Following our long-standing tradition, this mead was brewed on the winter solstice in 2018 and has just been released for sale. It’s available now in the tasting room or in our online store, while supplies last. The warm, rich spices make this a perfect drink for cold nights and winter festivities. Drink it chilled, or warm like mulled wine!
It’s that time of the year again – Vanilla Beans & Cinnamon Sticks Mountain Honey Wine is back! As always, this mead was brewed on the previous year’s winter solstice. Moderately sweet, this mead is perfect for the fall and winter. The warming winter spices make it a perfect pairing for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cold day that needs a little warming. You can drink it chilled, warm it like a mulled wine, or mix it with Apple Nectar for a delicious apple pie in a glass.
This mead typically sells out by late winter/early spring. Last year, though, it was gone before New Year’s, so make sure you get it while you can.
Vanilla Beans & Cinnamon Sticks is available in our tasting room and online, and is also distributed throughout the US.

Red Raspberry Mountain Honey Wine is a new release in our Mountain Honey Wine line. Lightly sweet, it’s perfect with grilled meats and vegetables or fruity desserts. ($22, 750 ml bottle, 12% alcohol.)
Bursting with jammy raspberry flavor is our newest Redstone Reserve release. The 2007 Red Raspberry Reserve is a rich, sweet, complex dessert wine – the ultimate indulgence and our newest Reserve release since 2013! Available only in our tasting room and online store. ($55, 500 ml bottle, 13.5% alcohol.)
The Red Raspberry Reserve is also available in mead chocolates! These are a dark chocolate shell filled with mead. Available only in our tasting room. These make a great gift for the holidays! ($2/single chocolate or $10/box of five.)
Finally, we have a brand-new Nectar release. The Sunflower Nectar is our first single-varietal honey nectar. Light, carbonated, and refreshing, it has tart citrus notes up front that lead into a mellow sweetness on the finish. ($15, 750 ml bottle, 8% alcohol.)
